Hey there.... Welcome! I'm Leah Bahrencu and I am a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. In my "past life" as I like to call it, I struggled with prioritizing my own health. And after many battles with myself, I realized my health was important. Through my own wellness journey, I found my passion & purpose of helping others that struggled with their own health just like me. I have a degree in Exercise Science, a health coach, an Exercise Nutrition Coach who loves teaching group fitness. I'm excited to have you join me on this journey to making YOU the priority in YOUR life.
