I have thoroughly enjoyed the online groups that Leah has led. She is positive, and motivating. Being part of her group pushed me to be accountable to someone. What I loved most was the daily words of encouragement, easy to make meal plans that are quite tasty, and quick workouts for a busy mom like me.
