Here is where you can access all my pre-recorded workouts to do at your convenience. 

1. Click on which week you'd like to do, then you will be taken to a different page to access link to workouts.

2. Fill out the verification with your Name, Email, Phone & 4 digit CG pin # before the recording will launch.

3. You may need to Skip ahead 5-15 mins when the workout starts.

4. I'll add your CG check-in within 24 hrs M-Th. F-Su check-ins will be added by Monday.

6. The password for my workout library will change frequently.

7. Please do NOT share the password with any other camper unless you ask me.
